About me

As a child, I was a light sleeper and I was easily awake. In my thirties, I was struggling with more severe problems of sleep, not able to fall asleep and to sleep the whole night.
In 2016 I gave birth to my daughter, Vittoria. Over the year after her birth, I realized again how important it is to have a good night of sleep.
I really believe that nowadays we often underestimate a good sleep. And I think that sleep is as important as being awake during the day.
Sleep has such a huge influence on our productivity and physical and mental wellbeing. And that’s why I created this sleep journey!
Now more than ever, we need a good night’s sleep to increase our flexibility and resilience to cope with all the changes and uncertainties.
